Job description:

  • Oversee the international technical sales team’s processes, results and operations
  • Equipping international technical sales team with the right sales and upsells processes, workflows, and analytics
  • Selecting, implementing, and managing technical sales automation tools
  • Answering team member questions, helping with team member problems, and overseeing team member work for quality and guideline compliance
  • Conducting team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations
  • Providing encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks
  • Assisting HR with hiring processes and new team member training
  • Monitoring and report sales analytics to steer the sales force towards the highest value opportunities and increase conversion and retention rates
  • Leading the forecasting process, maintain accurate sales pipeline and account plans
  • Working with sales leadership to develop organizational goals


Requirements:

  • +3 years of experience in Sales Operations and Salesforce administration
  • Extensive knowledge of and experience working with B2B international sales
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Tech-curious: problem-solver who seeks out creative solutions using process + technology
  • Ability to understand and contribute to strategic direction and goals of Sales Department and support appropriate processes to facilitate achievement of business objectives
  • Experience utilizing CRM tools to enforce a robust and consistent sales process and generate reports
  • A keen understanding and demonstrated experience in navigating rapidly growing organizations
  • A result and success-oriented mentality, conveying a sense of urgency and driving issues to closure
  • A self-starter who can multitask and manage his/her time effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
